Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or just starting out, these recipes are crafted to make your meal planning both fun and stress-free. Let’s dive in!

Breakfast Delights

Start your day with these wholesome and high protein breakfast ideas:

  • Monday: Avocado & Tomatoes on Toast with Fruits
  • Tuesday: Cream Cheese & Chives Omelet, Toast, and Fruits
  • Wednesday: Greek Yogurt & Fruits
