Meal Plans

Since the COVID-19 pandemic and the addition of our baby, cooking at home has become a daily routine. I was feeling really burnt out from constantly having to think about what to cook for the next meal, ensuring that we had the ingredients, and, of course, preparing the meals themselves. Meal planning has been a game-changer. Planning weekly meals in advance, selecting recipes that work for all members of our family, and getting most of the ingredients during a weekend trip to the grocery store has brought a sense of organization and calm to my life.

However, I must admit that I’ve started and stopped planning my weekly meals many times, and it’s still hard for me to maintain the routine every week. Despite this, if you haven’t tried meal planning, I highly recommend giving it a shot for a month to see the difference it can make in your life. For tips and free downloadable worksheets to help you plan your weekly meals, check out my article, Simplify Mealtime with Easy Meal Planning.

My goal is for our family to eat healthy and delicious food while simplifying our meals and cooking as much as possible to reduce stress around mealtime. I’m creating a 4-week meal plan for each season and repeating them until the next season. You can see what I’m eating each season here, and hopefully, it will give you inspiration for your own weekly meal plan. You’re also welcome to simply download my meal plans and follow them.

Hi, I'm Thuy! Having a child has been my most life-changing event (cliché, I know, but it's true). Finding and cooking healthy, nutritious meals for my son has been an adventure, full of ups and downs. The journey has inspired me to create this site to share delicious recipes and practical resources that can hopefully make meal planning and mealtime simpler and more enjoyable.

I look forward to connecting with you.
